Eastern Idaho Parade of Homes 2019
Join us for another great year at the Eastern Idaho Home Builders Association Parade of Homes to explore the craftsmanship and quality of beautiful homes in our community. The 2019 event takes place on September 12th - 14th and September 19th - 21st from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. Tickets are $10 per individual and can be purchased before the event at select locations. Tickets must be purchased for children 2 years of age and older. See below for buy one get one free ticket locations.
Guardian Homes’ 2019 Parade of Homes Entries
This is the seventh year Guardian has participated in this much-anticipated event. We are proud to be a member of the Eastern Idaho Home Builders Association. Each year, we are excited to share our designs and showcase our work with the community. We take great pride in building the highest quality custom homes for homeowners across Eastern Idaho. The community’s affirmation is just as rewarding as our client’s happiness. We love what we do, and feel great knowing we have the support of our community.

This modern farmhouse is a luxurious craftsman-style home with smart home features. Everywhere you look you will see custom trim work and built-ins. It totals 8,362 livable square feet. There are a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The main level has a spacious great room, custom kitchen and island bar, walk-in pantry, laundry room, office, and guest room. The upper floor features a playroom, exercise room, and craft room. The lower floor includes a multi-tier theater room and a spa with a hot and cold pool. The exterior of this home is adorned with stone, wood siding, energy-efficient windows, and a large covered patio and deck.

We are proud to present this lakeside contemporary style cabin featuring custom trim work and ironwork. This Island Park home has a total of 8,103 livable square feet. There are 8 bedrooms including 2 bunk rooms and 9.5 bathrooms including a steam shower with a separate bath. The main floor has a large custom kitchen with a professional Thermador package, counter cooktop and double ovens, 2 large islands, a trash compactor, and a separate ice maker. The home has 2 laundry rooms, 2 main-level garages, and a lower-level garage for ATVs and other motor vehicles. The home also features a large theater room, multiple fireplaces, and an elevator. The exterior is comprised of asphalt siding, large windows, and a covered deck. Week One: Thursday, September 12, 2019 through Saturday, September 14, 2019 from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Week Two: Thursday, September 19, 2019 through Saturday, September 21, 2019 from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Parade of Homes Etiquette
We ask that you please respect the homeowners and follow the following:
- Before entering each home, take off your shoes and use the booties provided.
- Exit each home through the garage and leave the booties for the next guest.
- Bathroom facilities are not available for use in the homes.
- Please do not walk on the landscaping.
- No food or drink is allowed in the homes.
- Refrain from camera or video use while visiting the homes.
