We are extremely proud of the home we built with interior designer Leila Faye Design. Leila hand-picked each and every aspect of this home. Her design quality is impeccable and her style is both elegant and timeless.  Making it one of our favorite homes to build to date. 

When you first walk up to the home, you are welcomed by large 10-foot wood and iron doors that open up to a two-story foyer with a suspended floating balcony and a hand-forged iron curved staircase going up to the second level. The great room has large floor-to-ceiling windows and a stone fireplace.

The kitchen is every chef and homeowner's dream! The kitchen’s modern design consists of white oak cabinetry, high-end appliances, granite counters, and its own butler pantry. The customized oven backsplash is adorned with gold and individual marble pieces to create a one-of-a-kind design.

Comfort abounds in this spacious home offering 7 bedrooms, 4 ½  baths, and 4 fireplaces. Every detail of this home was exceptionally designed with stunning finishes and craftsmanship. The Boulder Creek Manor gives a fresh take on a luxury country farmhouse characterized by warm tones, white oak hardwood floors, custom trim work, imported marble, and tile, as well as high ceilings throughout. 

The tranquil master retreat with ensuite is on the main floor and has its own dual-sided fireplace. The gorgeous master bathroom has his and her vanity with a makeup table, a walk-in shower, a freestanding tub, and a large walk-in closet. 

Additional amenities on-site include a movie theatre, sauna, and slide. The basement sliding glass doors open up to the backyard is complete with picturesque mountain views. The home’s exterior consists of LP, vinyl, and stone. Plus, plenty of outside room for entertainment on the large deck and porch. Together with the client’s vision, we were able to create a truly extraordinary custom luxury home that is one of a kind.
