Guardian Recently Presented Three Awards
The team at Guardian Homes wants to thank all of the people who made the 2018 Eastern Idaho Parade of Homes a possibility. We also want to thank all of the participants who voted for this year's event. Every year the parade grows and this year did not disappoint. The turnout was amazing and the experience was extremely humbling.

Guardian Homes’ Winning Entry
This year’s Guardian Homes entry was a colonial-style home with five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The home measured over 4,000 square feet, including a basement and a three-car garage. The Home also featured a movie theatre, playroom, craft area, open kitchen and elegant master bedroom, and bathroom.
The open living room of this home is inviting and warm, designed with plenty of windows for natural lighting. Additionally, the high ceilings, wide entryways, and fireplace with built-in bookshelves help give this space a grand look and feel.
The kitchen in this home is truly a dream come true. Upper cabinets that reach the ceiling, tall subway tile backsplash, and added features like a vent hood and large island for extra storage make this kitchen everything a chef could want. This space is the perfect gathering spot and the heart of the home.
Entry number fourteen was full of custom trim work, built-in benches, and beams. Special features were added including sliding doors, shiplap, cubbies, and more. These added touches really transform a house into a home and are a benefit of custom building a new home.
